Delete your account

This is a draft describing how the product works today and has not been reviewed by counsel. The Korean version is the operative text.
1. How to delete your account
- Mobile app: Settings > Delete account
- Web dashboard and desktop app: Settings > Delete account
- Enter your sign-up email to confirm and the deletion proceeds. If you cannot sign in, email app@mint-soft.com from your sign-up address to request deletion.
2. What is deleted
- Your account details (name, email, phone, business name) and sign-in credentials
- All projects, clients, photos and videos, attached files, reports and signature records
- Original files held in storage and every share link (access is blocked immediately)
3. After deletion
Deletion cannot be undone. Only the minimum records that the law requires us to keep (payment and dispute-handling related) are held separately for the required period and then destroyed.
4. Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop further charges, cancel it yourself in the store's subscription settings.
